Terms of Appointments: HealthScan is a concierge service where the services are provided at the Client's home or office.  While we strive to make sure we have enough staff to offer a wide range of available appointment dates and time slot openings, our schedule fills up quickly.  Therefore, we recommended that you select an open date and time from the booking calendar, even if your not sure of your availability at the booked date and time.  After you book an appointment, a scheduler will personally call you to provide additional information and coordinate the actual appointment date and time best for you.  Any booked appointment can be changed without penalty, just as long as its done at least 12-hours in advance of the booked appointment.  We understand the busy schedule of our Clients and can work around your lifestyle.
